AIGPart Content License

This agreement governs the ownership and licensing of works, work tests, technical docs, code repositories and related content you publish. Please read sections 2 to 5 carefully. By checking the box at registration, or clicking agree when re-confirmation is required, you accept this agreement.

1. Definitions

1.1 Content includes works, work tests, technical docs, code repositories, posts, screenshots, recordings, reviews, design materials and other materials you publish. 1.2 Official Media Channels means the Platform's website, app, mini-programs, official social accounts, video channels, newsletters and other media operated by the Platform. 1.3 Commercial Use means paid advertising, paid courses, paid memberships, e-commerce, paid endorsements, paid distribution or other direct monetization of specific Content.

2. Ownership

2.1 You retain copyright and other rights in your Content. The Platform does not acquire ownership. 2.2 You grant the Platform the license in section 3 only. No transfer of ownership is intended. 2.3 You are free to publish the same Content elsewhere, provided it does not conflict with this license or third-party rights.

3. License for display and reposting

3.1 You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-commercial license to display, reproduce, format, translate, excerpt, annotate and repost your published Content on the Platform and its Official Media Channels. 3.2 The license includes the right to sublicense to the operators of Official Media Channels solely for publishing the Content there. 3.3 The Platform will make reasonable efforts to credit you as author or source. Format changes, subtitles, thumbnails and layout adjustments are allowed but must not distort your original meaning. 3.4 The license is non-commercial. General sponsorship of the Platform may not be tied to specific Content. Any Commercial Use requires your separate written consent and, where agreed, compensation. 3.5 The license lasts for the copyright term or until you withdraw it under section 5. Withdrawal stops future use but cannot recall copies already distributed by third parties.

4. Code repositories

4.1 You may optionally submit a repository URL. The Platform only displays the repository name, URL and necessary metadata. 4.2 The Platform does not copy code, relicense code or change the repository LICENSE. Code use is governed by that repository LICENSE or the rights holder. 4.3 You must have the right to expose the repository. The Platform may remove private, inaccessible or infringing repositories.

5. Withdrawal and takedown

5.1 You may request that the Platform stop future reposting or remove your Content from the Platform. 5.2 The Platform will process the request within a reasonable time. Copies already published by third parties, cached or backed up cannot be guaranteed to be recalled. 5.3 The Platform may retain Content as required by law or for dispute resolution.

6. Your warranties

6.1 You own or have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for your Content. 6.2 Your Content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy, likeness or other rights. 6.3 Your Content does not contain malware, illegal material, others private data or keys/passwords. 6.4 You comply with all applicable open-source licenses and third-party terms.

7. Platform obligations

7.1 The Platform will display and repost within the scope of this license and use reasonable care. 7.2 The Platform will not use your Content for Commercial Use without separate written consent. 7.3 The Platform will remove Content when required by law or a valid takedown request.

8. Term and termination

8.1 This license starts when you publish and continues until terminated under section 5 or the copyright term ends. 8.2 Sections on ownership, warranties, disclaimer and dispute resolution survive termination.

9. Governing law

9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. 9.2 Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, in a competent court where the Platform is located.
