AIGPart Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AIGPart collects, why and how we handle it. By registering or using the Platform, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Account data: email, nickname, password hash, role, verification status and timestamps. 1.2 Content data: works, docs, posts, code repository URLs, tokens and related metadata. 1.3 Access data: IP address, User-Agent, referer, requested path, status, duration, visit time and session key hash. 1.4 Cookie data: session cookie and language preference cookie. 1.5 IP location and ISP information may be queried from third-party services using the IP address.

2. Why we use it

2.1 To provide accounts, OAuth, docs, forum, publishing and developer APIs. 2.2 To secure the Platform, prevent abuse, rate-limit and investigate attacks. 2.3 To produce aggregate analytics, understand traffic and improve the product. 2.4 To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies

3.1 The session cookie keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and SameSite. 3.2 The language cookie remembers your language choice. 3.3 You can clear cookies in your browser; some features may then require signing in again.

4.1 We do not sell personal data. 4.2 We may share data with email, hosting and IP-lookup providers as needed to operate the service. 4.3 We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

5.1 Access logs are retained for up to 90 days by default. 5.2 Account and content data are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes and legal compliance. 5.3 Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

6. Security

6.1 Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes. 6.2 Access is restricted and transmitted over HTTPS in production. 6.3 No system is completely secure; report vulnerabilities to admin@aigpart.com.

7. Your rights

7.1 You may access, correct or delete your account data, subject to legal retention requirements. 7.2 You may request a copy of your personal data. 7.3 You may object to or request restriction of certain processing. 7.4 You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; this does not affect prior lawful processing.

8. Minors

8.1 The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older, or minors with guardian consent. 8.2 If we learn that a minor has provided data without consent, we may delete it.

9. Changes and contact
