AIGPart Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-10-18 · Version: 2026-10-18-v1
Important: These terms govern your registration and use of AIGPart (the "Platform"). Please read them in full, especially the clauses on content rights, liability and dispute resolution. By checking the box and completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Content License and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.
1. Definitions and scope
1.1 Platform: the AIGPart website, APIs, pages and related services, including works display, design docs, forum, creator console and developer center. 1.2 User: any person or organization that registers, signs in or otherwise uses the Platform. 1.3 Creator: a User who submits, publishes or links works, work tests, technical docs, code repositories, posts or other content. 1.4 Content: works information, test records, reviews, guides, screenshots, recordings, technical docs, designs, code snippets, repository URLs, posts, tags, comments and other materials submitted by Users. 1.5 Platform Content: page designs, copy, marks, curated data and editorial content created or licensed by the Platform. 1.6 These Terms, the Content License and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement. If they conflict, the Content License controls content rights and the Privacy Policy controls personal data.
2. Accounts
2.1 Use a real, valid and reachable email address and ensure your information does not infringe others rights. The Platform may require additional verification. 2.2 Keep your account, password, access tokens and codes safe. Do not transfer, lend or sell your account. Actions through your account are treated as yours unless the Platform is at fault. 2.3 You must be at least 18, or have guardian consent. Minors must comply with applicable law. 2.4 The Platform may require email verification, limit features or suspend accounts for security, compliance or operational reasons. It may remove content, restrict features or terminate accounts for illegal, infringing or abusive behavior. 2.5 You may request account deletion. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Licenses for already published content and copies already reshared by third parties do not automatically expire on deletion; see the Content License.
3. Services
3.1 The Platform provides works display and linking, unified identity, design docs, forum, creator console and developer APIs. Actual features may change. 3.2 Works are normally hosted on third-party servers controlled by creators. The Platform does not control, operate or warrant third-party services, content, security, payments or data. You must also follow the terms and privacy policy of each work. 3.3 The Platform may review, edit, unpublish, delete or restrict content for legal, regulatory, safety or operational reasons. It has no obligation to publish or retain any content. 3.4 The Platform may maintain, upgrade, change or suspend features with reasonable notice. It is not liable beyond what the law requires for interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure or third parties.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: 4.1 publish, upload, link or spread illegal, infringing, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist, hateful, fraudulent, malware or otherwise unlawful content; 4.2 infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, likeness, reputation, privacy or other rights; 4.3 collect, expose, sell or misuse others personal data without authorization; 4.4 attack, scan, penetrate, DoS, bypass access controls, mass-crawl, bulk-register, manipulate metrics or disrupt the Platform; 4.5 impersonate others, falsify sources, make false claims or submit unreachable or unverifiable links; 4.6 engage in money laundering, illegal payments, pyramid schemes or other illegal activity; 4.7 violate law, public order or Platform rules.
The Platform may remove or block content, restrict features or report to authorities after a report or discovery.
5. User Content and IP
5.1 Copyright and other rights in User Content remain with the User or original owner. The Platform does not acquire ownership by providing hosting, display or storage. 5.2 By publishing, you grant the Platform the non-exclusive, non-commercial display and reposting license described in the Content License. 5.3 Platform Content is owned by the Platform or its licensors. No copying, mirroring, sale or commercial use without written permission. 5.4 You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to your Content and for keeping evidence. You will indemnify the Platform for third-party claims or administrative actions caused by your Content.
6. Works integration and testing
6.1 Creators must ensure work URLs, redirect URIs and repository URLs are true, valid and reachable, and that work content complies with law and Platform rules. 6.2 Integration review only checks eligibility such as reachable links, same-origin redirects and compliance. It is not an endorsement of quality, security, legality or commercial prospects. 6.3 Users testing or giving feedback must follow the work rules. The Platform may display test records, screenshots, reviews or guides, but it is not the publisher or operator of the work and is not liable for accounts, payments, data or disputes inside the work. 6.4 By publishing, creators confirm they have all necessary licenses for third-party assets, music, fonts, models and APIs, and comply with open-source licenses.
7. Third-party links, repositories and services
7.1 The Platform may link to third-party works, repositories, docs, social media or other sites. Such links are provided for convenience; the Platform does not warrant third-party content, availability, security or legality. 7.2 Repository URLs are submitted voluntarily. The Platform displays only the name, URL and necessary metadata; it does not copy, sublicense or change the repository license. Use of code is governed by that repository LICENSE or the rights holder. The Platform may remove private or inaccessible repositories. 7.3 The Platform uses external email, hosting and IP-lookup services. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. IP complaints
8.1 If you believe content infringes your rights, send proof of rights, the infringing link, a description and contact details. The Platform may remove, block or disable the link after verification. 8.2 The Platform may forward complaints to the publisher, who may submit a counter-notice. The Platform may restore content based on the materials and applicable law. 8.3 Abusive or knowingly false complaints may lead to account restrictions and further liability.
9. Privacy and data
9.1 The Platform collects and processes account data, access logs, IP, device and browser information under the Privacy Policy. 9.2 Logs are used for security, analytics, recommendations and product improvement. IP location and ISP may be queried through third-party services. See the Privacy Policy. 9.3 Protect your personal data. Do not post others personal data, keys, passwords or sensitive data in forums, docs or work pages.
10. Disclaimer and liability
10.1 The service is provided "as is". The Platform uses reasonable efforts to keep it stable and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or the truth, completeness or fitness of any work, doc, code or third-party link. 10.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses caused by your operations, third-party works or sites, network failures, force majeure, legal changes or regulatory requirements. 10.3 The Platform is not liable for indirect, profit or data losses. Liability for direct losses is limited to the extent required by law. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Breach and termination
11.1 If you breach these Terms or law, the Platform may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account or refuse service, and may publish the outcome. 11.2 After termination, the Platform may delete or retain related content. Content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute clauses survive. 11.3 You are liable for losses caused to the Platform or third parties by your breach.
12. Changes
12.1 The Platform may revise these Terms and related documents and will publish the new version with an effective date and version number. 12.2 Material changes will be announced on-site, through registration/publishing flows or email. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and request deletion. 12.3 The Platform may require you to re-confirm the current version; publishing and token creation may be limited until you do.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. 13.2 Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may sue in a competent court where the Platform is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. 13.3 If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
